Only one promotional code can be used per order at the checkout. Our Platform will not allow for the use of more than one code to be utilized. Please note: Gift Cards can still be used when a discount / promotional code has been used.

Promotional codes may not be applied to pre-order, bundled, customizable, Addition Studio, or promotional items unless stated otherwise.  

Offer applies to pre-tax merchandise only (excluding shipping charges).

The promotional code provided to new subscribers entitles them to receive 10% off their first purchase.

- The code must be applied in the cart in order to receive the sitewide discount.

- The Beach People has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry.

- Only one (1) promo code can be applied to a single order. This includes free gift offers requiring a promo code to be applied.

If you are unsure how to complete this promotion, please contact customer service before finalizing your order. Promotional offers will not be honored unless the relevant code has been applied to the cart and no refund will be offered if the promotion was not completed correctly.

The promotion cannot be applied to an order that has been completed, nor can the relevant promo code and discount be applied to an invalid order.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

All orders that contain 'pre order' and 'in stock' items will be sent once ALL items are in stock.

Please refer to the item's product page to see when the item is scheduled to ship.

If you require the in-stock item to come first, you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with our customer service team and they will assist you.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our manufacturers, The Beach People have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Beach People also has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Beach People will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Through marketing collateral you may be invited to leave a review. We welcome honest reviews, and incentives are offered equally to consumers whether the review is positive or negative. The intellectual property rights in all software and content, including The Beach People brand and all other trademarks, trade names and logos made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of The Beach People and are protected by copyright laws. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to contract with The Beach People, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. The Beach People retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

Payment Our website accepts payments using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, and AfterPay. Once your credit card has been validated, upon clicking “PLACE ORDER” we will debit your credit card immediately for the full order amount.

Personal details – Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of The Beach People. See our Privacy Policy page for more details.

Gift cards are issued as e-gift cards that are sent in an email. Gift cards are issued in specific currencies, for example, an e-gift card issued in the United States is only redeemable on our U.S website. They are not redeemable for cash or traveller's cheques. No change will be given for a purchase made with a gift card. The gift card expires twelve months from the date purchase. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires. When the cost of a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. The Beach People disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen cards.

By subscribing to our e-news/registering to be notified when a product is back in stock you are authorizing us to send you communications.

Please note, if an item is marked as "SECONDS" it means that they have minor faults. The images on the product page reflect some of the common flaws. 

Prices as marked.  All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Discount and promotional codes will not apply to SAMPLE items 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

All emails and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. If you have received an email in error please notify The Beach People at hellousa@thebeachpeople.com.au. Messages contain confidential information and are intended only for the individual named. If you are not the named addressee you should not disseminate, distribute or copy any e-mail not addressed to you.

Please notify the sender immediately by e-mail if you have received an e-mail by mistake and delete the e-mail from your system. If you are not the intended recipient you are notified that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is strictly prohibited.
